I have been visiting the Pestana hotel in Marrakech for years, and each time, it feels like returning home. What stands out most to me is the familiar ambiance that envelops me upon arrival. The hotel and its surroundings possess a unique charm that I've yet to find elsewhere. The neighborhood around the hotel is absolutely stunning, offering an inviting and inspiring atmosphere. However, what truly elevates my experience to exceptional levels is the staff. Each and every one of them are genuine stars. Their attention to detail, kindness, and professionalism make every visit memorable. It's the blend of these elements – the comforting environment, the beautiful neighborhood, and most importantly, the outstanding staff – that makes the Pestana hotel so special to me. I'm already looking forward to my next visit.

My stay there was great, the property is clean and new. But most of it, it was the amazing customer service of OMAR who took care of us as group in a wonderful manner. Omar does his job with professionalism and extreme passion and made our stay at the Pestana feeling like at home. His mixology cocktails are to die for, and his expertise in liaising with different personalities and cultures is evident in his work. Always respectful and extremely helpful, when we had a problem and went above and beyond his job competencies.

Hotel is great. Rooms are good. Breakfast is really good , lots of variety. The hotel is located in a close street , so there is no trafic with cars , its good if you have kids, you have a lot of café/restaurants to have breakfast/lunch/dinner etc. Away from the noise of the Medina, you can catch a táxi close by , it takes 5min to central el-fna. And then is just a mater of exploring the souks. For me its the best location ! Hotel is super nice Pool facilities are really good

The pool is fantastic and a great way to relax in busy marrakech. Breakfast was lovely and the staff couldn’t have been anymore helpful if they tried. The area that the hotel is in is great and there are lots of restaurants and shops. Thanks again for making our honeymoon fantastic!

There was a huge selection at breakfast and they even made me special GF bread! Staff very friendly! Nice safe haven.
